You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any Million8 service. Users found to be underage will have their accounts terminated and balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each individual may hold only one active Million8 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stipulated rollover has been completed. Abuse of promotional terms may result in account suspension.

Funds deposited by the User that have not yet been wagered and are available for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.

The total value of bets a User must place before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform prior to authorising withdrawals.
Any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by law or by Company policy.
Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
To register and maintain an account on the Million8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
Age Verification: Million8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified to the satisfaction of the Company will be suspended. Any winnings accumulated prior to successful age verification may be voided.
To access the real-money services on the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at the Company's discretion, Million8 may require you to complete KYC identity verification by submitting documents including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated by the Company may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering obligations and KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
The Platform is made available to eligible Users for the purposes of recreational online gambling only. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access the Platform. Million8 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including network outages, maintenance windows, or third-party service provider issues.
While Million8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed on the Platform — including odds, game results, balance figures, and promotional details — the Company accepts no liability for errors or omissions arising from technical faults, data feed interruptions, or human error. Any bets placed on the basis of materially incorrect odds or information may be voided at the Company's discretion.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location. Million8 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and such accounts may be terminated without notice.
Million8 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform at the time of the transaction.
All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits via e-wallets and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. Million8 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You warrant that all funds deposited on the Platform are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Indicative processing times are: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative ranges and are not guaranteed. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals of any amount.
All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the deposit. The applicable rate will be displayed to the User prior to confirmation of the transaction.
Million8 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, withhold funds pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities where it has reasonable grounds to believe that fraudulent or unlawful activity has occurred. Winnings may be voided where the source of deposited funds cannot be satisfactorily verified.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by Million8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of the bonus or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the offer description. Bonus funds will be used first in any wager where both real money and bonus funds are available, unless the Platform interface specifies otherwise.
Million8 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, collusion, and any attempt to exploit promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer. Prohibited conduct includes: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using third-party bonus-farming strategies, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, and any other form of advantage play that circumvents the fair intent of a promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited without further recourse.
Participation in the Million8 VIP Programme is subject to the VIP Programme Terms in effect at the time of eligibility. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP Programme at any time. VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and perks are subject to change. The Company will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to the VIP Programme to affected members.
Million8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds display, or bets placed after an event result is known. The Company's decision in such matters is final.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, erroneous game outcomes displayed due to technical malfunction, or incorrect payout calculations — Million8 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected bets, void bets, or reverse associated transactions. The Company will notify affected Users of any such correction.
Sports betting markets on the Platform cover a range of domestic and international competitions including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other major sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real-time and may be suspended or restricted during certain periods of a match or event.
All casino games on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, distribution, public display, creation of derivative works, reverse engineering, or any other use of Platform content or software without the prior written consent of Million8.
The Million8 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of the Company and may not be used without express prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Million8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any User arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude Million8's liability for: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence; or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Gambling by its nature involves financial risk. The Company accepts no responsibility for any financial loss sustained by a User as a natural consequence of gambling activity on the Platform, provided that the Platform has operated in accordance with this Agreement and applicable rules.
Million8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is suspected; (c) the User no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria; (d) the account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory requirement; or (e) termination is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to void any pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances. Any verified real money balance remaining at the time of termination will be returned to the User via their verified payment method following completion of any investigation and KYC requirements, unless the funds are subject to a court order or regulatory freeze.
A User who wishes to appeal a suspension or termination decision may do so by contacting our support team in writing. The Company will endeavour to review such appeals within 14 business days.
Million8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice through platform notifications, email (if provided by the User), or a prominent notice on the Site.
The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Million8 holds its operating licence.
In the first instance, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be referred to Million8's customer support team for internal resolution. The Company commits to providing an initial response to formal complaints within 5 business days and a final determination within 28 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
